Community Survey

Three Community WSC intends to apply for funding from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB).  As part of the application, Three Community WSC must provide income information from the residents in the service area.

This process is in our efforts to improve water service needs in our community.  Our required survey offers three options for gathering the required information.

1) A representative from Three Community WSC will call you OR

2) A representative from Three Community WSC will come to your door (they will NEVER ask to come in) and will only ask three questions; confirm address, yearly income and number of people living at the address OR

3) you can text the information to 903-570-3075.  All that is required is your address, yearly income and number of people living at your address.

Your name will not be used or asked for in this survey.

Survey times:  Monday- Friday           6pm to 8pm
Saturday                      10am to 6pm
Sunday                         1pm to 4pm
