On March 8, 2022 the Board of Directors approved a price increase for the customers of Three Community Water.  The last increase was May of 2011.

Effective on the billing date April 30, 2022 your water bills will be charged as follows:

                5/8” Meter         Minimum charge $33.00     (this includes 0 gallons of water)
                ¾” Meter           Minimum charge $70.00     (this includes 0 gallons of water)
                1” Meter            Minimum charge  $110.00  (this includes 0 gallons of water)
                2” Meter            Minimum charge  $160.00  (this includes 0 gallons of water)

                0-2,000 gallons of water                  $4.00/1,000 gallons

                2,001- 6, 000 gallons                       $4.50/1,000 gallons

                6,001- 12,000 gallons                      $5.00/1,000 gallons

                12,001-20,000 gallons                     $5.50/1,000 gallons

                Over 20,001 gallons                         $6.00/1,000 gallons
